For Ever, thus far at least, Men have worked and supported women and children and lost the experience of raising their children. Or gone thru divorce, and were severely limited to visitation, overburdened with excessive child support, and subjected to dealing with new spouses in the child rearing arena.
Now men are learning that the yoke of supporting a family should be an equal yoke, with fathers becoming actual fathers, with time equally divided, and together time, truly the whole family.
Women who have forever, or at least to this time in our history, have gotten pregnant, and stopped working, somehow think this is their right, and that the input of the father is somehow secondary in importance to the rearing of their children than women.
Ladies, you asked for Women’s Liberation, and you got it. Thanks to Gloria Steinem. Now your treated as equals in the work place. Even you don’t want to work for other women. I hear it every day.
Men are taking their lives back, and no longer want to be the sole wallet supporting a family. IMO, its not what most women want. Funny, its what most men have ALWAYS wanted.
I think our children will be better off because of it too.
Ladies, hit the sack early, up at 5am and to work by 7am for the rest of your working life.

What if women want an actual man for a husband and not just a pajama boy?

Who created pajama boys? Who sees masculinity as evil, to be weeded out of young boys?

At least one generation of ‘sensitive’ boys has reached maturity, and women have decided that’s not what they want. Maybe a woman such as you describe will have to go outside the culture to find what she wants.

But beware. As Amy Schumer said, “I used to date Arab men, but now I’m into *consensual* sex.”

This is perhaps the intended consequence of feminism. To wreck a nation.

Tear apart the family.

Find them...,you will be rewarded.

Be patient...the price will come down.At least you wont have to pay them when they break down.

This reminds me of what ‘liberalism’ is to tear the ‘family’ apart...

Nothing better than to have a man that is a good provider, a good husband and a great father, mine passed away in 2005, knowing that you only find this once in your life, I haven’t tried again...

He treated me like a woman, a lady and was outstanding as a person, you never really know what you have until they are gone and can not be replaced...

Good luck to the ‘families’ that have this!!!

women are making great leaps and bounds while men, especially younger ones, seem increasingly to coast through life.

Uh, maybe I missed it, but what are these earth shattering, "Great leaps and bounds" woman are doing?

Unintended consequences of feminism?

No, fruit of the sexual revolution with a hefty dollop of welfare as garnish.

Until everyone puts their clothes back and relearns that sex is more than recreation it's just gonna get worse as men and women try to replace each other with robots, booze and drugs.

My husband was reprimanding me about my spending a couple years ago. I had only spent $42 on clothes and accessories. Why should I spend more? I have 40 years’ worth of clothes, shoes, purses, built up from my working years so I might as well wear that stuff.

Probably stupid of me to say this, but ...

Once upon a time, I looked up, called & asked out a woman whom I’d been introduced to in college by a mutual ‘friend’. She agreed, and we went out for a lovely family movie (heh, Passion of the Christ...), a pleasant, cheesy Applebees dinner and conversation.

She was smart as a whip, and a lively conversationalist, one of the few I’ve met who was able converse at a high ... educational level and I felt like we connected mentally.

But ... she wanted to become a pastor and be a ‘protestant nun’ if you can imagine such a thing, and it turned out that back in those shady old college days, that mutual ‘friend’ was using and abusing her (and cheating on his fiancee’).

Huzzah.

So, in the course of an afternoon, it turned out that I didn’t quite find the love of my life and lost a friend at the same time.

I’m no pajama boy, but that, and the subsequent revelations of what family was really like after my Father died, just kind of turned me off on the whole thing.

I don’t know what your situation is, you’ve probably had your share of bad experiences yourself. Seems to me like a whole bunch of the ‘cottage industry’ is about setting this group and that group and whatever group you can think of against each other and saying ‘let’s you and them fight’, for stuff & giggles and devil take the hindmost.

Where does that leave us? I don’t know. Do you want a husband? Do you want a pajama boy? Are you willing to reward a man for being a husband, or just heap scorn on him for not being that ideal husband you saw in the movie, or Tim Allen, or Christian Grey (depending on your preferences)?

It’s supposed to be a two way street, but at this point, I’ve figured out which direction the street goes in my life, and it seems that the exit ramp is probably the most appealing. Sad, but them’s the breaks. Can’t see as I’ve seen anyone try to persuade me otherwise, and heaping scorn and derision on the male (or female) freepers in the audience won’t convince anyone either.

What happens when their sense of purpose is lost?

They become politicians and go to Washington.

This might have something to do with it.

50% of Men admit to masturbating while the remaining 50% are liars.

90% of the feminine minded women out there do not want to be the bread winner.

The proof is that they make zero effort to chat up a man the way a man is pressured to keep a woman entertained and organizing a date. Even Tinder execs rack their brains because women find it too complicated to get on the app and type a few things smart.

There aint no way women are equal to men when building society. They all choose the white collar secretarial jobs, and they do not put electric lines or dig sewers and do all that.

This article is ridiculous.
