He is a serious academic who is on the side of children being able to grow up with their married mother and father in the home. His research has shown that this is the best arrangement for kids, and he regularly takes abuse from the gay- and trans-fascists because he provides well-researched facts, not propaganda.
And it follows that if married parents is the best arrangement for chldren, then women behaving badly is the least likely way to achieve that benefit to society.
