Harvey Weinstein's private flight to an Arizona rehab facility was diverted at the last minute, and he touched down in a different city than originally planned ... TMZ has learned. Weinstein is now getting treatment somewhere in the Scottsdale area ... according to well-connected sources. As we reported, the private jet that took off from L.A. Wednesday evening was scheduled to touch down in Wickenburg, AZ ... near The Meadows rehab center.

IIRC Polanski is a French and/or Polish citizen.Weinstein,presumably,is only a US citizen (although he could be an Israeli citizen as well).

Does anybody know what rehab for sexual addiction (or whatever it’s called in Weinstein’s case) actually entails? Do you get up in front of a room filled with other addicts and say “My name is Harvey (”hello Harvey”) and I’m a sex addict. It’s been three days since I last groped a starlet”? I’m genuinely curious.

TMZ first reported he had flown to Europe (”breaking the story” as they said last night on Tucker while at the same time retracting it) so I wouldn’t believe this new story.
