Wow, Kelly was right about Wilson using the event to make political and personal gain.

Gen. Kelly said in her speech she bragged about get the funding for the FBI headquarters. That was not true. The building was funded before she got to congress. She took credit for having the building named after two murdered FBI agents. But she also credited Speaker Boehner and Senators Nelson and Rubio for fast tracking her bill through congress.
No not getting the building built but getting it named. The funding for the building was in place before her election. Apparently getting something named in Washington takes months of debate. She credits herself for writing the bill, Speaker Boehner for moving it through the House and Senators Nelson and Rubio for getting it through the Senate.

Everything is political with these people now. And I agree, the widow is very likely a leftist because only a leftist would allow Wilson's comments to go unanswered.

Nobody mentions that the widow was in on the exploitation. We will find out probably that she was a Democrat activist.

The other parents certainly had no such cheap complaints and the widow was content to let Wild Wilson’s faux outrage to go undisputed.

Sounds like he is describing the actual speech. He must be conflating several different things. She wasn’t in Congress when the building was funded so I’m not sure what that part of Gen. Kelly’s remarks means.
