MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. — Police are investigating a videotaped altercation where an apparently intoxicated University of Miami football fan slaps an officer, who then punches her in the head.

She flails at one officer and misses, then slaps him in the face. He hits her in the head with his right fist, causing her to crumble in the officers’ arms as she is carried out of camera range.

Equal rights are great and all, I mean women can do whatever they want — all the old rules have been suspended. But not for men. Men have to follow a lot of rules. The old ones. The new ones. But basically, the situation for both sexes is now exactly the same. Except men are screwed no matter what.

First, I don’t see a problem. Hit a cop, expect to receive something in return. Second, the loaded language shows the writers bias. She “slaps”, he “punches”...devastatingly. She was so drunk and the video so poor - who knows? Let’s just say she punched the cop and he slapped her in return.
