As a civilian..... I wouldn’t react as he did. Because I would get arrested. Also I give that little bit of chivalry.
I had an extreme PMS GF back 40 years ago. She decided she needed to slap me like this drunk woman did the cop. I put her on the ground and held her down with my knees on her shoulders. I neighbor started yelling at ME as I held her down. She started screaming at the neighbor. I let her up and she ran to the neighbors fence and tore him a new one, verbally.
I eventually married.....someone else.

He outweighs her by at least double and she meekly slapped him. Immediate termination plus criminal charges. If races reversed this would lead the news on every network and result in new wave of ‘kneeling’

His hit was not a full forced punch. He did not throw his body into it enough to make it “devastating”. And her “crumbling” was more like being toppled back from trying to do a situp in the akward way she was being carried.

The cop needs an arse chewing from his superiors and some retraining. She needs her husband/boyfriend/father to spank her ass.
