Something strange...that an EU with an interest in micromanaging every facet of life does not set a uniform age of consent for member states. It’s 14 in Germany, for example.
Just wait until France goes full Mooooooslem.
Age of consent laws mean nothing when Planned Parenthood, CDC, Clinton-Obama’s health departments and officials were all encouraging minors experiment with sexual partners of both sex, BDSM, fisting, and more.
Used to be called corrupting a minor. Now minors are doing “it all” and doing it with adult partners (if they are within a few years of the victim).
Try drinking a beer at age 20 because your friends do and get to go to the concerts at clubs.
Planned Parenthood even has been repeatedly caught encouraging minors to lie about the age of their sexual partners to avoid police (and parental) notification. PP is pro-rape, sexual molestation. It’s good for “business”.
The home next to ours is owned by a French couple who use it as a holiday home. The wife teaches English at a University so you can guess her politics. She started giving me her opinion on Donald Trump when I asked her what she thought of Macron. She opined that he was struggling but okay overall. I said Americans never talk about Macron but they are fascinated by his wife and wonder why she isn’t in jail for grooming. She walked away and hasn’t talked politics since.
Islam was my first thought when I read an eleven year old and rape. Thirteen is too young, but I guess they’re giving in to the muzzies.

The French tourism people will be big boosters as well.
They’ll get a bunch of tourists from Islamic countries. Look for them to traffic teen girls into France for the purpose.
Back then, unlike today, the verb "to date" did not automatically imply sexual contact. Use the context of the time, not of today.

But wouldn't the current lack of any age limit appeal to those real pedos who would prefer 7-8-9-10? Are they (quietly) flocking there now?
I wonder how many of the people piling on Judge Moore questioned and attacked Juanita Broaddrick, Kathleen Willey, Paula Jones, and Monica Lewinsky. I wonder how many of them have called for the resignation or expulsion of Senator Menendez.
And remember, none of the accusations against Clinton came when he was up for election, and none of teh charges against Menendez (who is under indictment) are being made when he’s up for re-election.
If they’re willing to do that, I might take them just a tad more seriously.
