I did a ton of research, and that is where it starts. Cruelty to animals is kind of like a practice run.

I would just like that the criminal justice system intervenes in some way before he kills a person.

I’ve observed males of the species mostly hate cats because they can’t control them. You can beat a dog and it will still obey. Cats have conditions and would eat you If they could in retaliation instead they just crap in your shoes.

Glad they caught the thug, and glad the cat is recovering.
Also, because the victim was not a beautiful white woman such as Kate in SF, but a kitten, this means CA people will not be divided over this case and will actually want to convict the hispanic thug.
There are sure some evil ones out there. My mom had on last night a Discovery ID special about the Dating Game Killer. Also in CA. They said he suspected to have possibly killed as many as 130 and maybe even as high as 250. One was a 12 year old.
