Roy Moore tries to overturn election because black people voted
Share Blue Media ^ | Dec. 28, 2017 | Matthew Chapman

Losing Senate candidate and accused pedophile Roy Moore wants to void the Alabama election results, citing an "unusual" number of black voters.

Some people simply do not know when to give up. One such person is rejected Alabama Senate candidate Roy Moore.

Faced with accusations that he stalked and molested teenage girls, as well as his views that women and Muslims should be ineligible for office and that America has not been “great” since the abolition of slavery, Moore lost a race that should have been completely safe for Republicans to Democrat Doug Jones, a former U.S. attorney and civil rights hero.

But Moore has refused to concede the race. And on Thursday morning, he filed an emergency motion in state circuit court to block the results from being certified, alleging widespread voter fraud and calling for a new election.

One of the principal arguments Moore is making to support his claim of voter fraud is that an “unusual” number of black people voted:

Moore cites high turnout in a county that's far higher-than-average African-American (a pattern that's not exceptional & is documented throughout state) as evidence of fraud. African Americans voting is apparently inherently suspicious.

Moore’s complaint also falsely asserts that the results are suspiciously different from exit polls, and claims that there was an “unexplained pattern of voters with out-of-state drivers’ licenses,” based on the uncorroborated testimony of a single poll worker at a church in Montgomery.

It is in Moore’s nature to refuse to abandon causes that he has already lost, as evidenced by the fact that he was fired from the state supreme court for violating the Constitution, then re-elected and fired again.

All of this would simply be amusing if it were not for the fact that Moore has spent the past few weeks fundraising for his “Election Integrity Fund.” Moore is trying to scam real people out of their money to support his delusions.

Jones, the man who defeated Moore earlier this month, released a statement excoriating Moore’s lawsuit as a “desperate attempt” to “subvert the will of the people.” But he was not alone — Republicans joined the call for Moore to let it go.

New Jersey Republican Rep. Leonard Lance blasted Moore’s complaint as “ridiculous,” saying “he should concede the election.” Alabama’s GOP Secretary of State John Merrill, whose job it was to manage the election, agreed. When asked if the lawsuit would make a difference, he said “The short answer to that is no. Doug Jones will be certified today.”

After they stuck by him through overt racism and pedophilia, Roy Moore is finally becoming the embarrassment to the Alabama Republican Party that he should have been all along.

Mathew Chapman’s tripe notwithstanding, Mr. Moore needs to give it up. He lost. He was a terrible senate candidate, and he lost.

I like the over race card angle and strong language in this version.

More sickening than the others.

Agreed. The more he fights this, the more you can see what a mistake it was to nominate him in the first place.

Freak needs his face re-arranged. On the other hand, looks like somebody did already.

First, they dredge up accusations from unnamed accusers from 40 years ago.

THEN, they bring in a lying attorney who should be disbarred with a forged yearbook.

NOW, they brand him as a “racist” because he wants an investigation because of allegations of typical Democrat vote manipulation in a state where he should have handily won and lost only by 1.5% of the vote.

The only other ingredients were attacks by his own party and the failure to fund him in any way by the RNC.

Its TOUGH to be a candidate these days if you are a Christian, buck the Democrat/GOPe political swamp axis and believe in the Constitution.

As an aside, FOX just said the RNC is brimming over with money in campaign contributions. You can BET MOST of it will go to defeating candidates like Judge Roy Moore in primaries so establishment goons like McConnell, Ryan and Luther Strange can stay in power.

calling someone an “accused pedophile” based on this crappy 38 year old suspicious accusations is evl and sends me into a rage.

I was falsely accused once of spouse abuse and if it was not for the fact that I had an unbelievably airtight alibi (we were on the phone with the judge setting a court date when she claimed it happened) I would have lost my job, my truck, my business, my house ... over $100,000 in losses.

And everyone assumed I was guilty- until the judge threw it out AND threw her out of MY house (which I was forced to leave)

I would beat his ass for that comment - i am getting so sick of these liberal pieces of crap.

If Moore has real evidence of stuffed ballot boxes, then lets see it.

He was defeated by 40-year old charges of bad behavior. His only real chance to get past that is to find some means of getting his accusers under oath. If he isn’t going to do that, then he should simply give it up and move on with his life. Take up fishing.

““unexplained pattern of voters with out-of-state drivers’ licenses,” “

Judge Moore was injured (legally) because the State of Alabama failed to implement a Voter ID Law that would have prevented people from out of state from voting in the election .

Egad! These people are like college freshmen writing their first term paper; so very self-satisfied with how witty and urbane they are - only to find that their (usually white) professor isn’t nearly as impressed with them as they are with themselves.

Therefore, the professor must be a racist.

In all reality, it seems strange that such a high percentage showed up to vote in Democrat areas. I am pretty certain that there was more than a fair share of fraud in the large cities and if Roy Moore is able to root it out, good for him. ‘

In the meantime, it is too bad he wa the nominee, but who is to say that any other Republican candidate wouldn’t have received very similar treatment they almost certainly would have. Moore just handled it exceedingly bad.

Im not sure if Moore can overcome 20K votes, but he sure can expose voter fraud. Even the repukes were behind this loss, including the Gov. Moore has passed a polygraph test recently...How many of his accusers have taken one? how many have a Sworn affidavit? Too many here are falling for the MSM “ lie big and often” propaganda.

I don’t expect that Moore will be successful in this effort.

The GOP needs to look at the November 2018 mid terms with a full array of strategic and tactical weapons. One that was demonstrated clearly in the Moore fiasco is a carefully timed attack that hits the core of a key support group. When you think of evangelicals, what would be more damaging than allegations of molesting underage girls? Probably nothing, and that may explain why it was used against Moore specifically. And the timing, waiting (in one case for 40 years) only to hold it just long enough for the ballot to be closed - with no chance to substitute another GOP candidate - that was optimal. The GOP needs to look at this and learn from it, and prepare like attacks, where possible, against Democrats for the fall. Keep it on the shelf until it is clear it is needed, and until there is no mechanical process of substitution available. Then drop the hammer.

I suspect the most fertile area will be sexual harassment claims, but that may change by November. The GOP needs to cultivate the entire tableau of the Democrats strategy, even create their own “Gloria Allred” to allow media stunts to advance the attack without resort to the courts, where evidence would have to be introduced and tested.

The GOP needs to have the option of going scorched earth on the Democrats in November, and it needs to be prepared well in advance. If they won’t perhaps Steve Bannon will.

Judge submitted a polygraph to prove he isn’t lying.

I personally think he should go after Gloria Allred, that yearbook was forgery

Mitch spent #30 million the Dems another $20 million, bussed in and same day registered people from out of state.
Dems need to go to jail for voter fraud, forget one second
about Russia, the Dems fraud up every darn election and nobody does a thing about it.
