Up to 16 inches of snow has fallen on an town in the Sahara desert after a freak winter storm hit the area on Sunday.
This is the third time in 37 years that the town of Ain Sefra in Algeria has seen snow cover the red sand dunes of the desert.
Snow started falling in the early hours of Sunday morning and it quickly began settling on the sand.
While the town saw an inch or two, the sand dunes on its outskirts were covered in snow.

The media is scrambling to explain the all time record cold that descended on the US and Canada over the holiday break through the beginning of the New Year.
I heard repeatedly that N. America was the only cold place on the planet, well that’s not entirely true, Asia shivered through record cold with crop losses as far south as Myanmar.
The explanations never include grand solar minimum forces, weakening magnetosphere or 400 year repeating cycles. Now there are tornadoes in France in January, snow storms over the Sahara desert again. CO2 in not to blame, its the Sun.

If it is warmer than usual, it is proof of Global Warming.
If it is colder than usual, it is proof of Global Warming.
If it is wetter, dryer, cloudier, less cloudy, windier, or less windy, it is proof of Global Warming.
Basically all weather is proof of Global Warming.

Prior to the advent of the mussulmen scouring the land with goats and salt in the 7th century, the area was the bread basket of the Ancient World. It was historically green.
“Climate Change” is the ultimate non-scientific con job. If the Earth warms, it is climate change. If the Earth cools, it is climate change. If the Earth stays the same, climate change is coming. Any event can be labeled as “Climate Change” because climate alarmists tell us there will be unusual events. That makes “Climate Change” non-falsifiable and non-scientific. It is just hype and scare tactics. The climate has always been changing, and we have always had unusual and record breaking weather events. “Climate Change” predicts nothing because it predicts everything and anything.
All of my dips**t liberal friends have been telling each other to go watch the movie The Day After Tomorrow. What a bunch of maroons.
Anyone remember THE GREENHOUSE EFFECT? it was from the 1960s and died out just after the COMING ICE AGE scare of the 1970s.
Was Al Gore scheduled to make a Gorebull Warming scare speech during these storms?
