Even 9 years ago when I was last unemployed, there were numerous jobs open which I was qualified for, but part of the description was “diversity hire preferred” which is HR-ese for Whitey Need Not Apply.

They all know what it’s doing to the whites there. The hard thing for people to figure out is what it’s doing to the country. It’s taken 40+ years, but Zimbabwe is just now figuring out that the whites they drove out (and often killed) were the only people able to successfully farm the land they were on. I’m sure many blacks there could do it too, but they didn’t know how and their potential ‘instructors’ were too busy running for their lives.
