Not guilty! (Only because I never thought of hijacking a truck full of chocolate.)
Dessert tonight, frozen yoghurt with hot fudge sauce. A bag of Hershey's Special Dark chocolate chips, a little milk, amount depends on how thick you want the sauce, a little vanilla and a little almond extract. Microwave it first for 1 minute. Stir. Then microwave it for 15-30 seconds. Stir. If it's too thick add a little milk then microwave before you stir it. Don't add too much milk! Or you'll have chocolate milk. Repeat until smooth.
Don't burn/boil. You'll have BBQ flavor chocolate sauce. If you use a big bowl, you can whisk it. I did that to Ghirardelli chocolate chips. Very nice. But I usually just stir with a spoon. The spoon is easier to lick when you finish.

I suggest investigators start looking in New Orleans. It is after all a “chocolate city”.

Q. How do the Poles pave their roads? A. 'Massive chocolate spill shuts highway after tanker truck crash 5/10/2018 4:10:45 PM · by Diana in Wisconsin · 22 replies Fox News ^ | May 9, 2018 | Gary Gastelu | Fox News A Polish highway was shut down on Wednesday when a tanker truck full of liquid chocolate crashed and spilled its contents across the road. Cleanup efforts on the highway were being hampered because the chocolate was quickly cooling and solidifying on the six-lane surface. Crews at the scene said that they needed to ship in hot water to melt the chocolate and wash it away. Senior brigadier Bogdan Kowalski with the fire brigade of Slupca, a town in western Poland, said, "cooling chocolate is worse than snow." TVN24 reported from the site of the accident that the driver was taken...
