Not sure why things are being drawn out so slowly and tediously unless it's because things are sooooo complex and sooooooo fraught with hazards on all sides--serious hazards--that it just takes a LOT of behind the scenes stuff for every bit that is or likely to become public ... to be the least bit wise and constructive in lasting ways.
