Yes, selling cookies to hungry pot smokers broke the rules, definately. For punishment and use of highly creative economics she should be promoted to President of the Girl Scouts.

I was a Girl Scout,as were my friends,and one of my daughters was a Girl Scout.
I have very pleasant memories of the Scouts.

Among other contemporary degeneracies. I refuse to purchase. I feel bad for the little girls who usually evidence shock. Nevertheless, they have been morphed into the Sanger Jugend.
What you grew up with is not what the organization is these days.
Now the organization has been taken over by radical feminists and radical lesbian activists and instead of teaching girls to become good women they teach them to become good Democrats and anti-family socialists.
