Not only crap pizza, but crap teams(Red Wings/Pistons)are keeping patrons away. Of course someone had the bright idea to put in bright red seats that show that fact...in true color.
Heck, I've heard they(at least for the pistons)are putting seat covers on the lower bowl seats so the abysmal attendance is not so pronounce.

The water is important but flower is not flower. NE pizza crust is made with high gluten flower. Many places outside of the NE use all-purpose flower. Big difference. Also the temperature the pie is cooked at is important as is the surface it’s cooked on.
I went to college with a guy whose family owned 2 pizza joints in NY who told me this when we were complaining about the pizza we were able to get in near school.
Does that include medical and psychiatric professionals who prescribe legal poisons that lead to addiction? Does that include pharmaceutical companies that glamorized their poisons and gave those prescribing them financial incentives to do so?

There are people that will wallow in drugs no matter how much help and opportunity you give them.
I think the water is a factor in the pizza dough, in bagels, and the bread used for subs/heroes/hoagies/grinders. Tap water varies widely in mineral content, which can affect taste and consistency.
