Weren’t there some trans and gay comic book characters? I wonder what happened to them? I’ll bet they were killed by market forces, just as this one will be Wikipedia currently lists 144 LGBT superheroes. The most prominent among them include Batwoman, Catwoman, John Constantine, Deadpool, Hercules, Iceman, Green Lantern (Earth-2 version), and Wonder Woman.
