I can see a moment of silent prayer, giving thanks to God for the elimination of some Hamas terrorists. Most would be ok with that.

Did the announcer specifically say Hamas? Did he say those killed and wounded in the attacks on Gazans?
Not seeing any actual quote marks of actual announcement.
