I am just melting over this photo:

Look how happy they are!

Citizens Leaders, just what the founders intended.

When you’re Melania Trump, “in” is whatever you’re wearing. :-)

I like the dress, a lot. It evokes memories of the America I grew up in. Clothing was comfortable and fun. It’s flattering and modest at the same time.

Wish Mrs. Trump would start up a ready-to-wear line for tall women. I’d be first in line at the door.

The dress is evocative.....I'm sure that's why she chose it for the WH picnic.

Right. And she just be the most beautiful woman since cameras were invented.

Funny that she looked like this as a cute younger girl ....

She sure grew up well.

When we were much younger the wife had gingham dress that turned me into a horndog whenever she would wear it.

" And she just be the most beautiful woman since cameras were invented."

Prior to the invention of the camera, portrait artists took great pains to create a resemblance. But, as artists who are hired to do a job, they did whatever they could to make a flattering image. (I realized this when I painted a portrait of my brother and he remarked, "You didn't make me BALD enough!"

The camera, however, is ruthless and doesn't lie. Sometimes a camera portrait is very unflattering because it captures an awkward moment, such as chewing or blinking. But even an unretouched photograph of Melania is prettier than a fussed-over oil painting of our early First Ladies.

She is a Natural Beauty.

Melania is lovely in red, white and blue.

But she doesn't hold a candle to my grand daughter in her Independence Day finery.

Spot on, Liz, as always.

Gingham is perfect for a picnic. It’s a bit of a throw back to the 50s - my mom wore gingham on occasion. I love the dress.

Very well said.

The camera can make anyone look "not so good" at times............ Yet even with all the evil MSM today, I have never seen a bad photo of her.

It's really quite amazing to me.
