"He was bragging about having $20-million the other day...has he given you any of it? And, how did he amass $20-million on eight years of President’s pay?" Phoney book deals. You get the money upfront, a ghost writer turns out a bunch of words for you, and the book does not sell well. The publisher takes the loss. The real question is who subsidized the publisher so they would make a bad business deal? My bet is Soros and others of like ilk.
