The leading symptom of TDS is denial that one has it.

Also, the party hasn't gone far left? What about Gillum and Ocasio-Cortez?

Transgender bathrooms, 10,451 genders, open borders, support of MS-13, violently protesting over election results, disowning family members for voting for Trump, banning Trump staffers from eating at restaurants, taking a knee during the National Anthem. Yeah that's "moderate."

Dear David,
the Tea Party isn’t over yet! No one has gone home.
We are still here and if we need to throw some more
bums overboard we WILL.

Party on Dudes 2020 is coming soon.

It’s a myth that it’s a myth.

Yes, the story misses 3 important points. First, that the democrats already were moving radically to the left, and have been for 8 years, so you would not expect a rash of incumbents losing.

Second, the republicans didn’t lose that many incumbents either, just a couple of big named ones.

Third, the people that are “conservatives” in the republican party are not nearly as radical as the leftists in the democratic party. I mean, to a leftist NYT board it must look that way, since they think they are mainstream, but there are no “alt-right” people being elected, much less white surpremists, people who pretend they like Nazis, or worse.

Anybody who vaguely hints at being alt-right is forced from the stage, while Loius Farakhan sits front-and center and gets warm handshakes from former President Bill Clinton.

Democratic Party has not actually become a band of radical leftists. "Radical" means someone disagrees with me. But I'm a full-fledged card-carrying commie so Dems are "normal" and anyone who is not a commie is "radical"
