Judge Judy has handled thousands of cases, both as a family law judge and a TV jurist, so she knows a thing or 2 when she says people need to slow down and hear the evidence in the Kavanaugh/Ford showdown. We got the most famous judge in the U.S. of A Sunday in Bev Hills, and she couldn't have been clearer ... we don't know enough to form an intelligent opinion on who's telling the truth and who's not.
Some Republicans have already taken Kavanaugh's side, and some Democrats have said they believe Ford ... despite the fact that they haven't heard even a minute of testimony. What's even worse ... some of these senators are on the Judiciary Committee and they're the ones who will vote, so on both sides there's a danger of the hearing becoming a kangaroo court.
Judge Judy cautions ... prejudging the hearing creates the real possibility that justice will not prevail.
How sweet and naïve.
Well, as soon as Ford comes up with any evidence, I'll be sure to take this advice.
IT would never ever see the light of day in a court of law. It would never pass a grand jury.
Very odd that Judge Judy doesn’t say that.
I don’t take Kavanaugh’s side. I take the side of reason, logic, the law, and the American spirit. Pretent Hillary is the president and Obama is the nominee. I consider both dangerous to the nation, but these charges would be just as absurd in that case.
This is not about Kavanaugh. This is about the wholesale destruction of the process itself.
The problem is that she is talking about judging on the basis of a hearing rather than on the evidence, which does not exist. And on this hearing, there is no presumption of innocence and no right of the accused to confront the accuser.
This hearing should not have been allowed.

We did slow down thanks to Feinstein and the Dems gamesmanship, now for hearing the evidence? Do we really believe Ford will testify Thursday.

AL Trump supporters would not follow up, and now they have a Democrat senator.
The named witnesses have already come forward and said it never happened. Therefore, we are not prejudging the case without evidence.
That, sir, is the bottom line. It is a street fight brought to us by leftist terrorists.
The committee is not designed to operate as a court of law. Committee members are entitled to form an opinion of the gossip as they see fit, which opinion is often void of logic but almost invariably consistent with their political leanings.
However, if there is credible evidence any of the claims constitute false statements to the Senate, the R's ought to come down with the full weight of the law, at least for the sake of posterity.
