The media hated Reagan but they were less highly evolved in their hatred delivery systems than they are today.
Yes, Mondale smiled. That’s back when Democrats had a sense of decency. A Democrat from today would scowl, then throw out a false charge or two.
Really the only thing that has changed are DEMONcrats. For the most part, Pubbies are still good ol’ boys, save some of the elite ones high up.
