His hard fought efforts have paid off handsomely, while similar efforts by the Democrat, Obama's, Clinton, Biden, Winfrey, Hollywood Celebrities...yielded little, if any measurable success!!!

All of these impressive wins are either US Senators or state Governors. The Republicans control the U.S. Senate, 53 Republicans, 45 Democrats, 2 independents. As I predicted prior to the Mid-Term Elections, Texas, Florida & Georgia would vote Trump "Red" and all three states have Republican Governors & Republican Senators. Ohio has successfully voted Mike Wine to become Governor. Arizona has re-elected Doug Ducey as its Governor.

The media fails to inform American citizens that the House of Representatives, although is now controlled by the Democrat Party will be both weak & in effective because of chaos inside the failing Democrat Party. Stay tuned for some interesting and funny gigs and games from the Dem nutcases in the House!!!

Bottom line is" He/She who controls the executive and the US Senate controls the federal Government and the Judiciary!!! Case Closed!!!

I still don't like the fact that Republican lost the House majority. The silver lining for me is that a lot of "Never Trumpers" either lost their seats or retired - both in Congress and Senate. So overall, I think Trump will have stronger support in the second half of his first term because let's face it, many of the Republicans were working against him as well such as Flake, Ryan, McCain, Corker, etc., and now they are all gone in one way or another.

I don't blame Trump for the House. The Republicans blew a golden opportunity to jettison Ryan from the House speakership and install a person who would have brought some energy and purpose to the House Republicans - much as Newt Gingrich did in 1994.

Leaving in lame duck Paul Ryan as Speaker was a very bad move.

And if Chris McDaniel had stuck to his original plan to challenge Whittaker, and not drained votes from Trump's choice, Mississippi would have another seated senator instead of a run-off...those who voted McDaniel, even though he was the underdog by a solid slab of points, have helped the Dems stay alive for another senate seat.

I’m not sure you can claim Bill Lee (R), Governor elect TN, as a Trump victory. Lee is replacing a Republican governor and ran against a very liberal democrat.

No doubt about it, Paul Ryan was the “Never Trumper” “Judas” traitor that did lift one finger to preserve the Republican majority in the house.

The good news is, most of the scum & /vermin “Paul Ryan RINOs” quit their seats in the House, so the current GOP House caucus in much more conservative then the one before.

Have you all noticed how happy Trump is these days. He knows the Democrat low life will royally screw up the house...with all their various nutcases trying to rule the roost.

What Trump really needs to address is illegal voting across the board. Although voting does not fall under his control...he can be very effective in forcing the local state leaders to clean up the voting fraud act.

The whole voting process needs serious updating and reform...across the board in the entire country. Millions of non-citizens are voting with ease. It needs to be stopped right now!!!

You are 100% correct. We lost the McSally Senate seat in Arizona because miffed Republican, Sheriff, Joe Arpaio & Ms, Kelli Ward held back their full support for Martha McSally. McSally got 200,000 less votes then re-elected Republican, Governor, Duog Ducey received. Shame on them!!! Sore losers!!!

200,000 less votes than the Republican governor? That’s a huge figure. Also, Arizona law, according to a post here on FR, does not require ID to vote in Federal elections but it does in state elections. So Sinema was elected by illegals voting without ID.

You under-estimate the mischief this will cause as the media give a bull horn to every one of the 100's of illegitimate investigations planned. It will make Mueller's Russia probe look like a walk in the park.

Repubs needs to open Senate investigations on the House members spilling classified secrets. Trump needs to enforce Voting Rights Act violations and RICO the perps with handcuffs and jail. Of course this will completely blow up all sense of comity, but it is what the (D)'s will have brought and what the media will shout about next to blame at Trump 24/7. It will be a bottomless pit of accusation.

(D)'s will impeach Trump toothlessly at least twice.

Too much spin. He also suffered a heavy loss in and of the House. Probably as much for not having beat back corruption and voter fraud in his first two years in office as for anything.
