I have a whole new perspective on Watergate these days. And as you say "the Watergate Coup". What the Watergate burglars were up to (G Gordon Liddy etc.) was penny ante compared to the Mueller/FBI/Deep state coup against Trump.

No, other than the obvious explanation that Sessions long supported key planks of the MAGA agenda in the US Senate. I believe Session’s support of POTUS was genuine. He got off the rails once he recused himself and should have resigned at that point.
Sessions wanted him and Trump appointed him.
I’m surprised the Democrats haven’t started with the “chaos” stuff yet.
