faking a crime, making a false report, lying to the police or in court, withholding evidence, including by cops, DAs and judges, should have 1 penalty. You do the sentence the accused would have done if convicted up to an including the death penalty.
For a lying lib, getting thrown overboard by CNN is equivalent to a jury conviction. You know it's gotta be true.
Still, while CNN is ditching this pervert, it will still never acknowledge its complicity at the beginning. And will NEVER issue a correction or apology for its bias.
In my view, faking a hate crime IS a hate crime because it is intended to generate hate towards the presumed perpetrators of the fake crime, in this case, Trump supporters.

Good points. It seems, from Mr. Smollett’s twitter commentary and other public statements, that he was trying as hard as he could to get conservative or pro-Trump persons interested in hating him ... and it didn’t work. Regardless of any feelings anyone might have about black people, homosexuals, or just this particularly guy who happens to be both, nobody could be bothered.
