Yeah, it is good to wash your hands and leave the soap on for at least 15 seconds. They generally have a good anti-microbial in them.
You know, I spend from 3-14 on a 120 acre farm in Missouri. I was exposed to all sorts of pollen, dust, barn and barnyard stuff. I pretty certain it’s why I have seldom been sick in my life.
I built up a pretty good immunity.
There are things you don’t want to be exposed to, and bathrooms (much more public ones) are high on the list. You can do things to protect yourself though.
You can’t let the thought of being exposed to stuff work on you too much. You’ve made it this far without incident.
If you use a bidet, don’t you need something to wipe your hiney dry from all that water??? If not toilet paper, a paper towel, bath towel, hair dryer?? Just askin’.
I suppose you could drip dry if you wear a kilt, or maybe use one of those hand dryers like that they have at highway rest stops (you'd have to be able to get in kind of a weird position and people might look at you funny though).
I've never used one myself, but from what I hear, you dry off with a wash cloth that goes in a hamper when you're done. When you run out of clean cloths, someone comes along and takes them out of the hamper and folds them nicely for reuse.
