Our cells dont behave as effectively as we age. Do keep in mind supplements like nicotinamide riboside, P-5-P, and PQQ, if you want to rejuvinate from the cell side.
The article doesn’t say how much of the body one has to moisturize on a regular basis to achieve this effect.
It will come out eventually, if the notion of lotion catches on.
