Down’s Syndrome children figure prominently in the science-fiction novel I am writing.
After seeing Unplanned on Saturday, I am running low on the capacity to endure stories like this - especially with the sense of helplessness.
Where do these people come from? Humans with not the slightest bit of humanity in their dark souls.

I find your comment interesting as I actually know someone like this. She has children by different men, and never married. She’s currently shacking up. She claims to be a liberated woman. Her grandmother did illegal abortions in the 40’s and actually had one client die due to a botched job. This lady is proud of it and proclaims granny as ahead of her time.
Her children and grandchildren take after her. At one time there were 3 generations of people living in the same home that had no idea who their fathers are.

Not many guys will want to get involved with supporting a woman AND a boatload of kids-who-are-not-his. They WILL happily have sex with a single mom, as long as she manages to not have the kids bother him in the process.
Women who want a husband need to marry in their 20's, ideally in their EARLY 20's, and not have kids out of wedlock. Feminists who tell them otherwise are lying to them.

Indeed. I know a large number of women who will settle for any male who will have them. I count all three of my sisters among them.
True words. My parents got divorced before I was 3, and some of my moms boyfriends were more interested in me, than her.
