Again, it all depends on who the American is and what they were doing. While I have no issues, whatsoever, with eliminating any and all threats to the USA, would you act the way you describe if the American was running meth for the Cartels? Or got rolled up in human trafficking?
Meth dealers, human traffickers ........ We need to take these kinds of people out of society.
We used to hang horse thieves and rustlers.
