I am my mothers care giver. She has been a lifelong Democrat. She is blind. She said she didn't want to vote but I noticed her mail in ballot was prefilled just yesterday. Is this legal and how can I find out if my mother voted? No wonder the local Democratic people were calling and stopping by her house wanting her ballot.
Actual ballots must be filled in by the voter. Pre-filled are merely suggestions and can be sh*tcanned.
It is called “vote harvesting”
no wonder the demon craps won the house.
It’s called ‘Ballot Harvesting’..............Illegal everywhere except California.................
There’s assisted living. Now we have assisted voting.
“Prefilled,” as in candidates chosen?
How would that not be highly illegal by any standard? Are you sure it was a real ballot, or just a “voter guide,” maybe?
Democrats are scumbags and always have been.
They have not been this angry since the Republicans took away their slaves...................
Pre-filled! That certainly sounds like fraud. You need to take it down to your local Republican office and to the county clerk.
Democrats are on the cutting edge of voting technology with ‘Post Mortem Voting’....................
This is Colorado.
What could go wrong? Volunteers go door-to-door ‘ballot harvesting’ in Colorado:

This is a primary ballot. I destroyed the general last year when my mother said she didn’t want to vote with out looking. but it is a legit ballot even signed with my mothers name.
Was it filled out by some making marks or was it an advertising
mail piece from the democratic party? I would think if it was
the actual ballot that someone helped her with they would have
taken it an mailed it for her.
Yes, you can find out if she— or anyone using her identity-— has cast votes in the last few elections.
Voting records are public records. Simply contact your local Voter Registrar’s office and ask.
If she hasn’t been voting in awhile, her name may have been removed, in which case she— and only she— can re-register
if she desires.
If she says she hasn’t been voting, but Registrar records reflect otherwise, demand that her name be flagged for possible voter fraud / ID theft by unknown party.
I’d write a letter to the editor of the local paper & call local TV news reporters, too, but that’s just me.
It’s a way of alerting & mobilizing your community.
Local news people aren’t as likely to ignore a story like this.
They tend to be more honest, more grounded in the community, & eager for a hot-topic story.
Contact her state elections board.
In Wisconsin (and probably elsewhere), Democrats canvas nursing homes to “help” the blind and feeble vote “the right way”. I find this unethical but apparently not illegal.
It is true Dems will send out mailers that look like a ballot but they are simply blueprints expressing their preferences.
Are you sure you are looking at the real ballot? Frankly, I doubt it. My guess is you probably received a sample ballot from some radical group telling your mother how to vote. It looks like a ballot, but isn’t the real thing.
I doubt that any voter registrar in the country would be sending out pre-filled ballots. That would send people to jail. We aren’t that far gone yet. YET.
“Theres assisted living. Now we have assisted voting.”
Beware of the League Of Women Voters. They happily “assist” shut-ins, elderly, etc., with voting including taking ballots to them on election day. LWV leans left wing and will “assist” filling out ballots, i.e., cheat. I learned this over 30 years ago when working in in an Elections office.
Go to the Secretary of State or Election Board website for your state. Votes are public record.
