Actress Lori Loughlin and her husband, Mossimo Giannulli, maintain they are innocent of the charges against them in the college admissions scandal.
"This is not a story. This has become a total circus. They didn't do anything wrong," a source close to the couple told CNN. Giannulli and Loughlin have both pleaded not guilty to charges of conspiracy to commit fraud and conspiracy to commit money laundering. Each of the charges is punishable by up to 20 years in prison.

Well what’s wrong with socialized education? Everybody should get good education equally!
It means nothing to me. We have illiterates getting a free ride at hundreds of colleges and universities because they have the right skin color.
If the FBI and DOJ really want something to do, arrest Obama and Hillary. But that's just too hard, I guess.
So are they involved in Tax Evasion from writing off their checks to the fake charities?
Kicking the kids out and locking up that Singer guy is good enough for me. I think higher education is a scam along with all the prep and testing for college.
Hey, I didn’t do anything wrong. I only robbed that bank so that my daughter could have a good education!
Where do I apply for my Harvard Degree?...I need it by Christmas...
I feel so sorry for them.
Their lawyer advised them to reject the plea deal.
The lawyer wins!
Do they think the judge and all those watching this play out are stupid enough to believe what they are saying?
Yeah, just keep showering your little brats with money and buying their way throughout life.
They just needed help getting through the door?
What were the main reasons the children could not gain admittance without parents help?
Did the girls get rejected initially?
The dog ate my homework!
Well, they definitely got one.
“a good education for their kids”
So do most people. Me too! And we (mommy and daddy) knew with five we would not be able to afford to do that, so we spent a lot of time with all after school, with a chalkboard and then a whiteboard going over their homework. We taught them how to organize a simple syllabus since school’s back then weren’t providing students with a syllabus. We taught them how to organize their homework, and their studies, and we made sure that either they accomplished all the reading that was required for the next day. And answer the questions provided in the texts.
It was our second job. Our other responsibilities were to ensure that they were physically fit and that they kept their noses clean and stayed out of the criminal justice system during their formative years.
Then I advise them all to join the military and to get their education either vocationally or academically or both from the military’s benefit programs. And they did. Now they were all very independent, self-employed have families and are doing quite well. But that was our work around.
We didn’t have fistfuls of money to either throw away or to work a system in favor of our children. And I wouldn’t have if I had to do it all over again.
You have to grow your children because if you don’t they can go in a million different directions and never become settled adults.
There are a lot of people today who have absolutely forgotten, or are ignorant of the FACT, that raising a family is a very Hands-On endeavor.
She didn’t want them to have an education enough to keep them at home and discipline them while bringing in talented tutors for every subject.
And that could have been done for what she paid.

and the poor bank robber just wanted the money for his kids ...
And more proof that intentions is all that matters to leftists, no matter how destructive those intentions prove to be.
Being a “bikini-chick” on a USC trustees yacht doesn’t seem to contribute to an actual education.
