I’ve done intermittent fasting myself, but not for that long.

Every individual is different: it depends on their history of eating, their history of exercise, their body fat % and so on.

I’m not against fasting, I am not saying “fasting doesn’t work”: I am saying each person has to find the level and duration of fasting that works for them (in conjunction with their other goals, such as (say) jogging or weightlifting).
