PrEP is a drug for people who INSIST on engaging in the highly risky, OPTIONAL, behavior which spreads HIV/AIDS.

The original prescription with PrEP was to use it in combination with condoms to be effective. But the predictable real-world response was to go back to the 70's style condomless "barebacking" with abandon, forgetting that there are many other diseases out there not stopped by PrEP, many of which are becoming drug resistant.
