maybe the younger crowd who have been indoctrinated in virtue signaling from kindergarden starting with ‘save the whales’, and who she tried to appeal to by blurting out that Dems were as guilty as Reps in being complicit with big business. Another tired old rallying crowd of youth against parents. The older crowd sees right thru her ‘commencement speech’ lecture style. While noting comments about coal miners pay in the same breath as condemning ‘carbon’. She’s without the intestinal fortitude to return to her home state (territory) and put some of that hot air fire to constructive use. And so she babbles on, another do-nothing critter in love with their own voice and wallowing in the fleeting fame of harvested ballots.
The media has made her, and they will soon cast her off like a forlorn jilted lover they have no use for.

What is really so pathetic is there are some considering her as qualified to be Vice President even though she has no experience other than being a bartender. It tells you a lot about the ideology that runs their politics. It does not depend on fact based reasoning. In fact AOC’s performance at the Green New Deal Conference was a militant mobilization effort for the Sunrise Movement. This is a militancy that accepts no fact based science on the question of climate change. It is their closed, authoritarian, ideology that rules and they will crush anyone who say otherwise.

The problem with her is she has picked her audience, and they are all coastal Dems (preaching to the choir); anyone with a “D” in front of their names had those votes wrapped up already. While she may be useful in endorsing a lib in the primaries, she doesn’t offer anything in the general election - in fact, she can turn off a lot of voters.
When people see the racial language in the New Green Deal, they’ll quickly realize she’s just a Hispanic Sharpton gibsmedat.
I remember another socialist who used this speaking style in the last century. He had a funny mustache and liked to wear uniforms.

I agree 100%. She has charisma, and raw talent. As much as we conservatives want to laugh at her, it is a mistake. She is going places, and we’d better find our own conservative AOCs and get them battle ready.
