From a southern drawl to a Boston twang, there is no shortage of accents in the United States of America. But no accent is alike - and neither is their sex appeal. Now a new survey has ranked the sexiest and least sexiest accents in America, revealing whether the country prefers the sounds of Mark Wahlberg or the Jersey Shore cast. While Texas and Boston reigned supreme, the likes of Snooki and The Situation would be sad to learn that New Jersey accents ranked almost dead last in the survey by Big 7 Travel.

The Southern accent when spoken by people that use proper grammar is beautiful. I’m partial I guess but I think it’s relaxing. When we took our trip across the country a few years ago the thing I missed the most were the sound of people that talk like me. LOL

We moved to Tennessee when we fled California. I find the accent quite pleasant.
As a Bronxite transplant to lawn-guy-land I take umbrage of giving those who pock the cah in havad yad any credence for their foul language.

I was up there two years and found a way to make the most die hard southie speak perfect English.

America was begun by English speaking people that took a bahth about once a week n' gave birth to many of the founding ideas and energies.
