After Long Delay, Key Witness in Mueller Probe Arrested on Child Porn Charges

A Lebanese-American businessman and key “witness” in the special counsel’s investigation of Russian election interference was arrested and charged Monday with transporting a dozen images of child pornography and bestiality.

George Nader, 60, was arrested Monday morning at John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York, according to federal prosecutors in the Eastern District of Virginia. Nader was involved in several key meetings at the center of the special counsel’s Trump/Russia investigation and his name shows up more than 100 times in the Mueller report.

Throughout the investigation, Nader was represented by Kathryn Ruemmler, Obama’s long-term White House Counsel/fixer.

The charges were initially filed in April 2018 over material he had on his cellphone when he arrived at Washington Dulles International Airport on Jan. 17, 2018, from Dubai. He left the country before he could be arrested. The charges were sealed until his arrest on Monday.

The Mueller report describes Nader’s efforts to connect a Russian banker to members of Trump’s transition team.

Nader’s testimony to the grand jury came after he attended a December 2016 meeting at New York’s Trump Tower with presidential son-in-law Jared Kushner, former chief strategist Steve Bannon and Mohammed bin Zayed, crown prince of Abu Dhabi.

A second meeting occurred a month later in the Indian Ocean archipelago of Seychelles and involved Nader, bin Zayed, former Blackwater boss Erik Prince and Dmitriev.

According to the Mueller report, Dmitriev expressed disappointment to Nader about the Seychelles meeting because he did not consider Prince to be an influential member of the Trump team.

In April 2017 Nader — working as an adviser to the United Arab Emirates, a close Saudi ally — wired $2.5 million to a top Trump fundraiser, Elliott Broidy, through a company in Canada, The Associated Press reported last year. The goal was to persuade the U.S. to take a hard line against Qatar, a longtime American ally but now a bitter adversary of the UAE.

A longtime adviser to the crown prince of the United Arab Emirates, Nader has had access to both Republican and Democrat White Houses since President Ronald Reagan was in office–with the exception of the Obama White House, according to ABC News.

Nader met numerous times with the special counsel team under a proffer agreement, the Daily Caller’s Chuck Ross reported, “meaning that he would not be charged with any crimes in exchange for his cooperation.”

He has been involved with child porn since the 1980’s, according to the Washington Post, and has served time for sexually abusing minors.

In 1985, he was indicted by a federal grand jury in Washington, D.C., on two counts of mailing and importing child pornography. Court documents show those charges were dismissed before trial after Nader’s lawyers successfully argued that authorities had illegally seized evidence in the case. Records show that Nader became a U.S. citizen while awaiting trial in the case.

During two instances in 1988, Nader received sexually explicit material, featuring underage boys, sent to him via a post office box in Cleveland, according to court filings. He was not charged, although his home was searched, and prosecutors say child pornography was found in his toilet.

In the 1991 case, Nader pleaded guilty to one count of transporting child pornography and served about six months in federal custody in a facility on work release, court records show.

Nader had powerful supporters who appealed to the court on his behalf, arguing that he was engaged in high-stakes negotiations to assist the U.S. government in freeing hostages in Lebanon.

Nader was ultimately given consideration in his sentence because of what a federal judge termed his “extraordinary cooperation with the government in certain areas,” according to court documents.

More recently, the Associated Press has reported that Nader was convicted of 10 cases of sexually abusing minors in Prague in May 2003 and sentenced to one year in prison. His expulsion from the country was also ordered. Nader’s lawyers have previously declined to comment on the Prague case.

The Post notes that Nader “played an unusual role as a kind of liaison between Trump supporters, Middle East leaders and Russians interested in making contact with the incoming administration in early 2017.”

But what’s really “unusual” is the fact that a man with Nader’s history was caught with a phone containing videos of children as young as three enduring painful sexual abuse–and the special counsel allowed him to leave the country.

“Lawyers for Nader did not return calls seeking comment,” the Post reported, without bothering to mention any of the names of Nader’s lawyers.

But it’s noteworthy that the attorney who helped shepherd the accused pedophile through seven interviews with Mueller’s prosecutors is none other than Obama White House Counsel/fixer Kathryn Ruemmler.

In March of 2018, the New York Observer’s Sidney Powell detailed Ruemmler’s involvement in the Trump/Russia hoax in the Daily Caller.

According to Powell, Ruemmler, along with former National Security Adviser Susan Rice and Obama’s former counter-terrorism and homeland security adviser Lisa Monaco, were “central to the Obama White House arm of the conspiracy to surveil the Trump campaign, the phony FISA warrant, ‘unmaskings’ of Americans in the Trump campaign and denials of information to the incoming president of the United States.”

Ruemmler and Monaco were prosecutors under Andrew Weissmann on the Enron Task Force, where they were all implicated in various forms of prosecutorial misconduct — well documented in my articles and my book “Licensed to Lie.” Indeed, Ms. Ruemmler signed a letter to defense counsel in the Merrill Lynch/Enron case that was false and deceptive, and she hid evidence that showed they were innocent. The Fifth Circuit reversed 12 out of 14 counts of conviction.

Robert Mueller had a hand in selecting them for the Task Force.

When Susan Rice needed to explain her bizarre memo to “self” on Trump’s inauguration day to curious GOP congressional investigators, Ruemmler swooped in to represent her.

In the now infamous memo, Rice had referred to a meeting in the White House fifteen days earlier with FBI Director James Comey, Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates, Vice President Biden, and Obama, who had supposedly said he wanted all issues involving the intelligence and law enforcement communities to be handled “by the book.”

During the Obama years, the White House fixer was kept particularly busy.

As President Obama’s White House Counsel, she expanded his use of executive orders, blocked Freedom of Information Act requests, stonewalled congressional inquiries, and rendered the administration a black box.

iIt was only a matter of weeks after returning to Latham & Watkins from the White House that Ms. Ruemmler was defending the Clinton Foundation.

Now, she’s apparently representing the alleged pedo who was a creature of the swamp for decades before setting up some curious meetings with Trump supporters.

If convicted, Nader will face a maximum of 40 years, according to officials.

Key words in that whole Comey-esque ramble:
“If convicted....”. Notice the ad nauseum recitation of his crimes; and the Comey-esque slithering reasons why he was allowed to walk. Not the least of which was one or more filthy, corrupt, cynical judges with no concern for justice for exploited children. Oh, silly me! Why would a pro-abortion Judge give a bleep about children who’d was escaped abortion a few years prior?!

Obama Nominates Possible First Muslim-American Judge to Federal Court MSNBC ^ | September 7 | CHRIS FUCHS Posted by ErikJohnsky

Muslim-American groups are applauding President Barack Obama's nomination of a Washington lawyer to serve in U.S. District Court — a move that could make him the first ever Muslim-American federal judge, according to advocates. If confirmed, Abid Riaz Qureshi would sit on the District of Columbia's federal bench, the White House announced Tuesday. Qureshi, who graduated Harvard Law School in 1997, is a partner in the D.C. office of Latham & Watkins LLP, specializing in healthcare fraud, securities violations, and cases involving the False Claims Act, according to a White House statement. I find it deeply offensive that the white, capitalist, right wing thugs on this site have the moxie to accuse decent American immigrants - the people who make America great - of “child pornography” and “bestiality” (monikers wrought of a pedophobic, bestiophobic heterodominant culture) just because they are legally broght up on charges of child pornography and bestiality.

What loyal Mohammedan hasn’t felt a warming of the loins at the sight of a boy on a camel, a Saturday morning Hot Wheels advertisement, Misty of Chincoteague or even a “ducks crossing” sign?

Maybe it is time to abandon patriarchal judgmentalism, open our nation’s borders, and free these innocent people who happen to molest and rape other biological entities from time to time.

It’s what America is all about!

Ruemmler represented Obama during the birth certificate eligibility litigation and was a preferred candidate to replace Holder as AG, but Obama didn’t think she could make it through the confirmation process due to their close relationship.
