Established in 2010, it is financed by wealthy countries and used to assist developing countries with adaptation and mitigation. It was widely seen as a key measure to bring both rich and poor countries to the negotiating table. The US committed to transferring $3bn to the fund. The new instalment leaves $2bn owing, with the incoming president, Donald Trump, expected to cease any further payments.

I saw that. I take this to mean that the decision has been made to deliberately torpedo Biden as the Democrat party nominee. I suspect this is because racist commentary from Biden was newly discovered, and they fear this will cripple his ability to win, and the one thing the "news" services absolutely want to do is to help the Democrat party win power in Washington DC.

I believe they are. They would not do this to Hillary or Bill or Obama. I think the reason they are doing this is because video recently surfaced of Biden making some racist commentary, and so they probably think his election chances have gone down the toilet anyway, and so they want to knock him out of the running before he guarantees their party loses.

Right, and here's what's going on -- black voters, a lot of them, are beginning to notice how "Make American Great Again" has benefitted them too, historic low unemployment numbers, among other things.
It's starting to occur to them that President Trump's 2016 question of "what do you have to lose?" makes sense.
This has Democrats terrified because without 90+% of black votes Democrats are a permanent minority.

Everything stems from that -- why do we need so many illegal aliens on the census & voting for Democrats?
Why are Democrats suddenly obsessed with "reparations"?
Because, they must do something, anything to shore up their black base and/or replace blacks with a new class of voters dependent on Democrat political power.

I think -- or at least hope -- Democrats are in for another rude awakening.

Here’s an off-the-wall prediction:

The Trump team knows all of this. They want Biden to get the nomination. They criticize him now because the Democrats will pick whoever Trump hates the most and whoever has the best chance of beating Trump, hence the “leaked” internal Trump polls showing Biden would trounce him, even in Texas.

If Obama’s team could do so much damage without any evidence of wrongdoing, imagine what Trump’s people can do with a pile of smoking guns?
