A gang of teenage girls filmed themselves targeting female strangers in random attacks on the streets of Philadelphia.
The disturbing video shows the girls approaching their unsuspecting victims on the street before proceeding to slap them and wrestle them to the ground.
The violent video sparked outrage when it was shared online.

These swarms of low-IQ Yutes come in both sexes. In viewing the videos I note that the Yutes go for the heads of their victims, no doubt to attempt to cause brain damage in the almost certainly higher-IQ victims.

This isn’t just racial. At the end of the video there’s a white girl, along with a black guy, kicking a white kid in the face.
This is beyond disgusting. This is overt evidence of the decline of our society. The penalty for this should be mandatory incarceration in an all women or all men ‘school’ in which they have to be up every morning at 5 am, hike 20 miles, take classes and study, and then work to either clean the place, cut grass etc., or work in the kitchen (washing dishes etc). They should have restricted calories/day, no access to social media or digital entertainment, and a requirement to maintain a certain grade average - or they get longer terms there.
Further, their parents should be held accountable, particularly any parents who have abandoned their responsibility as a parent.
