WEST MIFFLIN, Pa. - A bizarre incident at the Walmart in West Mifflin has police searching for a woman. They released surveillance camera pictures of the woman in the hope that someone can help identify her.
She is accused of urinating on potatoes at Walmart.
A Walmart representative said it was a store employee who saw what the woman was doing.
"My first reaction is one, kind of horrified. I realize that some people have issues that might lead them to do things that might be considered unusual," said Beth Elliot who shops at the store.

Did she stand in front of the display and ‘let ‘er go’?

Did she misunderstand the hint to wash produce before consuming?
No customers in the store, or were they just nonchalantly strolling around, come on the scene and turn to their neighbor and say - we better come back when she is done?
With all the fake news these days one would need pictures to prove this true.
I was in a Harris Teeter the other day and checking the ‘seal’ on a product .. (had purchased before and the seal was ‘loose’ and with todays new ‘game playing’)
After the 3rd employee asked if they could ‘help’ me, I realized they were probably suspecting me of tampering so I said “If you aren’t checking seals etc here or at the checkout I figured I would check first”
At least ‘they’ were diligent...
If she was found wandering, I’d bet on dementia.

The people taking a selfie video while licking ice cream and putting it back are seeking fame by creating a viral social media post. Other than being incredibly thoughtless and uncaring of others, they are most likely “normal.” The woman who isn’t taking a selfie but is peeing on potatoes has a severe mental problem and is about as far from “normal” as a person can get.
Having worked in a low-end food store in a bad neighborhood, I can tell you that this sort of thing happened about once a month that we knew about. No telling how many times it happened when nobody saw it. The difference is, now we have social media where people can post something like this so it SEEMS to be more prevalent. In reality, if it was one person in a hundred then, in the early ‘70’s, it is still just one person in a hundred.
