Our family doctor recommended collagen for my wife for a different health related reason, but says it will also help hair and nails.

If you have short hair baking soda makes a nice shampoo.

Downside is accusations of toupee, hair dye etc.

While my [head] hair is the envy of all (har har) my facial hair is 100% gray. I finally shaved off my mustache of 40 years because it made me look even more like I dyed my hair.

When I am accused of dying my hair, I always respond with "Look at my face. Is dying my hair going to get rid of these wrinkles? Be kind of pointless, don't you think?

Both my brothers were gray before 40. The luck of the genetic lottery.

Always tell people you are ten years older than you are. Then they are so impressed with how good you look. Seriously, it’s pretty funny.

I might try a mixture of baking soda and apple cider vinegar.

At 64, my head hair is only starting to go gray, but my facial hair has been gray for at least 15 years. If the head hair gets too gray, I’ll dye it, because I don’t like to drive that slow.

Probably save enough time that you'll be able to make a salad in the shower.

Just install a garbage disposal first. And if you buy a Clarkman do realize there is an error in the instructions. You've got to dismantle the latch hasp from the auxiliary drainage line, not the main line

Well, if I tell people I'm 82 instead of my 72, they'll know I'm lying.

I prefer to stick with their opinion that I am in my mid-50s. :-)

= = = = = = =

I have same problem at 80 (next week)....

Sport Vietnam tags and keep getting asked if I am using my fathers truck or at least being told there is no way I am ‘legal’..

I keep telling them they must be working for tips....<: <: <:

I quit drinking and smoking at 50(after a HARD 25 years) and a friend of mine tells me I may have quit at the ‘exact moment’ as I hadn’t destroyed half my body and am surviving on the ‘memories’.... Oh, I don’t ‘do’ doctors so am not running the risk of being ‘prescripted’ to an early demise...

Of course life only has one goal or ending, it is basically up to us to set the pace..HA HA

I've found that waiting for the conditioner to work is a tough minute. It's like waiting for the car to warm up before driving.

By the way, don't go with a low-flow shower head. Try the ones from Bosnia.

Lets just say I wear a hat so others don’t have a shocking glare if the light hits my gourd correctly.

As you may pick up, I am not a ‘fan’ of the shaved head look (at least on me)

I keep telling my barber he/she (whoever open) should take that crap they rub on the back of your neck and apply it vigorously to the SCALP....

Seems for every hair that goes down the drain 5 replace on the scraggly back of neck...

Like SCHMOOS...

How’d you get a webcam into my shower?

BTW, the salad was great.

I’m washing my hair with tomato sauce now.

No bald genes in my family. All the men have all their hair and only one is completely gray. He went gray overnight after a trauma of a severe auto accident.

I have thick, blonde hair, the same as it has been my entire life. Thankful for my dad's genes. He died with a full head of hair.

Is thread getting a little gay?

LOL, just kidding. But it is a little more offbeat than the usual here.

Maybe we should talk about motorcycles (the helmet does mess up my hair - so it's kind of on topic.), or babes who have nice hair with motorcycles.

I love working out at home. I don’t have to drive, don’t have to worry about other people sweating on the equipment, don’t have to wait to use any of the equipment, have everything I need in one place and don’t have to pack anything up. I used to run outdoors and had to worry about people texting or otherwise impaired in cars.

It’s great.

Baking soda first and ACV (diluted) as a rinse leaves your hair nice.

The ACV makes sure there is no baking soda left in your hair.

That makes sense, but I thought it would be more fun to mix them together and fizz all over the place.
