The fact they have 52% supporting impeachment tells you that it’s BS. It’s that simple.

No. No poll is correct. Who pays for it and for what purpose?

Why would anyone worry about phony polls from phony democrat pollsters?

Some Trump fans want to see the dems impeachment because the dems are going to lose. Dems want to see it because they are stupid. That's how it gets above 50% FOR.

"Is Gallup Poll Correct?"

Satire postings need to be labeled as such...

An equivalent title might be: "Is Melania really a Slovenian spy working for the Russians?" /s

Trump supporters are already camping outside of the American Airlines Center Arena in Dallas, Texas awaiting the Trump Rally tomorrow evening. Dallas security forces are predicting 20,000 people inside the Arena and 20,000 people outside the Arena will be there...period!!!

When it’s a poll of “adults”, not registered voters, it’s always suspicious, because they don’t know the attitudes and leanings of the responders.

Polls are passe. They never were reliable, now they are just propaganda and NONE of them are accurate.

FORGET POLLS, THEY LIE!

I thought polls didn’t count for impeachment decisions.

I’ll have to re-read the constitution.

Dug

Dug

And

Dug

Finally found weighting:

393 R 655 I 450 D

26% republican
30% democrat
44% independent

They are under sampling Republicans

Their “independents “ don’t match results among other independents strongly opposed to impeachment.

The New Deal, Dean Acheson wrote approvingly in a book called A Democrat Looks At His Party, “conceived of the federal government as the whole people organized to do what had to be done.” A year later, Mr. (Arthur) Larson wrote A Republican Looks At His Party, and made much the same claim in his book for modern Republicans. The “underlying philosophy” of the New Republicanism, said Mr. Larson, is that “if a job has to be done to meet the needs of the people, and no one else can do it, then it is the proper function of the federal government.”

Here we have, by prominent spokesmen of both political parties, an unqualified repudiation of the principle of limited government. There is no reference by either of them to the Constitution, or any attempt to define the legitimate functions of government. The government can do whatever needs to be done; note, too, the implicit but necessary assumption that it is the government itself that determines what needs to be done. We must not, I think, underrate the importance of these statements. They reflect the view of a majority of the leaders of one of our parties, and of a strong minority among the leaders of the other, and they propound the first principle of totalitarianism: that the State is competent to do all things and is limited in what it actually does only by the will of those who control the State. …

The Conscience of a Conservative (1960), Chapter 2, page 15
They are not “gutless”. They are ideological brethren to the Democrats.

Well, this will give the gutless wonders in the Senate the cover they want to vote to convict.
Then they will make up some more crap about Pence and get him out.

Has anyone found the internals from the Gallup Poll that says the support for Impeachment is standing at 52%? I looked and cannot find them.

Thus probably indicating that if the internals were known, they'd debunk the lead. Kinda like how you can infer from omissions of race or party in a "news" hit-piece, er, article.
