Royal Carribean has money, mom and grandpa had a couple million reasons.
Not even possible as an accident because an adult knows thats a possibility.
I saw the same thing this summer but I was on the aerial tram for Ober Gatlinburg. A couple hanging their squirming kids out the front window seeming to wait for the highest possible fall. Fortunately the conductor was paying attention and made them pull them and they did because they knew we were all then watching.
Did anyone notice how many bloated obese people are on board that floating apartment building?
I recall seeing a statement from the parents absolutely denying it was his fault, but I bet they hadn't seen the video at that point.
The video clearly shows that fool killed his grand child by being foolish.
Mom and Dad have already been shown that video by the Puerto Rican authorities and all they did was double down on their assertions that the cruise line is responsible. Really makes you wonder if the death wasn’t staged for the insurance money and the proceeds of the lawsuit.

Always thought I would have many, didn’t work out that way and i’m sure the grass is always greener on the other side.

Omgosh. That is so awful and creepy.
That would seem to be one horribly dysfunctional family.
Poor child.
It makes me wonder if she was deliberately killed for another reason...to cover something up...

Shortly after my oldest son was born, a family friend tossed him up and I observed that baby's head just barely touch the ceiling, and I realized that just a tiny bit more force could have altered his life forever.
Only idiots toss children about.
I agree. I am just saying it wasn’t malicious - premeditated.
Though, observing his behavior afterward I am not so sure. He dropped the child and then casually walked away until someone else noticed and then ran back to the window with the rest of the crowd
Drop grandpa from the 11th floor onto concrete and call it a day.

That’s the issue I think

I mean I am a risk taker extraordinaire and anyone knows me knows I was buck wild once but never would I have dangle a toddler more than say 10-feet or so over water or a lawn
You might pretend you were gonna toss em to get em giggling like when you toss them up a bit in the air
You know that thing always made mom nervous and yell at you
“Honey quit tossing wade in the air he’s only 10 months old”
Anyone ever lay on your back and hold your kid on your Feet up in the air ....and they squeal with delight even little girls
But dangling my kid out over concrete...100 foot drop
That is just nuts....
How many here have been on mountains and caught your little critters climbing up on boulders or careening towards a serious drop off
I couldn’t stand even being on a table top mountain area with kids ....I was freaked out keeping an eye on them
I owned a mountain home once and my daughters in grade school would cliff climb without my knowledge
I went looking for them...and I caught them at 9-10 finishing a climb up a 90 foot wall with cracks and ledges and hand holds as they pulled up over the top...150:yards from my house ....Hound Ears North Carolina........it made me cardiac weak....a foreshadowing of what a real one would feel like twenty years later
Heights and children ....is like ice cream and Tabasco ...doesn’t mix
He got 3 years probation. Unreal.
