Yeah. I bet he wants to be called Czar Vlad “the impaler” Puke-tin!! That would fit the former (and still in my humble opinion in charge of) KGB top honcho.Yes, he was Little Big KGB honcho and the profile fits him.

You don't have to know them. Who they are towers above them, thundering so we cannot hear what they say.
They're authoritarian to the core. Add to that the fact they aren't very nice people and that's a toxic mix.
