This has to be the first “pandemic” in history that empties and bankrupts HOSPITALS. The Chicom Flu is a mental health issue above all. The damage from the hysterical panic will far exceed anything else that happens. We are truely experiencing one of the great manias of human history. Of that I have no doubt.
Fair enough ... though I usually respect that they are just afraid. However, if someone wants to challenge me about “being socially irresponsible because I’m not wearing a mask” (most all of which masks are grossly ineffective due to ignorance of how to select, apply, wear and maintain a proper seal), I simply reply that I don’t understand what they’re saying because of their mask ... and continue to do so until they decide I’m just an “irresponsible arsehole” and walk away or until I tire of having a little fun with them. (On second thought, maybe I really am an “arsehole”, though I don’t accept the “irresponsible” descriptor.)
And that is exactly why I like you — I ran into Karen at my local grocery store yesterday — she excoriated me from not wearing a mask. When I pointed out that the mask should probably cover her nose — she lost her sh*t.
