I have had some copper infused things for knee issues

and even copper infused socks..dont remember why i got them

seems like there is an issue with washing..at least the socks...and it can wash away copper or something ...cant remember

so could be an issue when washing the copper mask from Israel or the microbe mask from under armor

The Hong Kong study with hamsters showed that barrier protection(surgical mask material in that study) resulted in less severe symptoms in those that did get infected with COVID-19. Barrier protection also reduced the number that got infected.

A doctor on this website was cautioning people against Vitamin D supplementation during flu season a couple of years ago. That’s stuck in my memory for some reason.

haven’t found anywhere where Voramis is selling it though- curious how much they are charging- the other masks i listed are approx $50 per mask- which goes down in price the more you buy- but gotta spend $1000 to get it down to $30 a mask- but i would imagine hospitals could afford to buy them which would be primary use of these masks- a search

there are issues with vitamin D and cytokine storm....perhaps that is why
its a mixed bag with different schools of thought

I follow the one I saw on texags

take vitamin D until you get covid and then make sure your levels stay up

not going to do a vitamin D hammer if I get it unless covid takes my levels down

btw, similar mixed bag with Sambucol and elderberry

well the one article i read on the Israeli masks said they can be washed 100+ times and still be just as effective- Don’t know if it’s true- perhaps just selling hype- but perhaps not- think they have to be pretty careful about claims these days-

cant claim covid

microbes like from sweat, etc

athletes have a special problem with masks

more sweat etc

Hmm- most studies show it both attacks the virus and helps the body to keep from experiencing the ‘cytokin storm’ (Which leads to death) from everything I’ve read-

i don’t denigrate people who think they have a medical reason fur wearing a mask. i have said many time if you want to wear one wear it. just don’t expect others to do so. I would add i wouldn’t count ok the mask to protect you and souls take whatever other precautions you thought reasonable

ones I Have seen talk about how people with the virus are low in vitamin D...

as in covid process depletes Vitamin D

and are going to test if a vitamin d hammer helps

there is a process that your body goes through with vitamin d and i cant speak to it because i cant remember it but let me see if I can find it..and part of that process can be an issue

That article was not detailed as the other one and did not really address the micron size of droplets. It did however admit most people do not and will not wear masks correctly.

So it might give you 75% protection of some sort but fail you in the other 25%. Not very good.

i just take it if i feel a cold or flu coming on (or when really low in D)- take the ‘vit D hammer’- and it ‘seems to work’ pretty well- but then again- maybe i wasn’t getting actual flu and just a mild cold and only thought the D helped reduce a flu- who knows? but can’t hurt- D is needed, and usually I’m low in it- like really low- one reading i was 8

Dr Louis Coates has been talking about it all along on texags site and I know he had some of the info

he recently amended his thoughts on Vitamin D with some new stuff that came out but still urged caution

with so many things in medicine..mixed bag
just like with Sambucol/elderberry and cytokine storm

I had weird herxheimer like reaction to prescribed 50,000 for 8 weeks vitamin D hammer and thus why I am not going to do one if I get covid.....just going to ask to try to keep my levels up to where they should be..

but I will do Vitamin C hammer

Yeah, if you can find it I’d be interested in reading it- dont’ knock yourself out looking for it though- I hate myself trying to find things i read awhile back but don’t quite remember- lol
