I had assumed that it is a special kind of wisdom that allows him to see where current events will lead. But it could be a different thing entirely from among the vast assortment of things I don’t understand.
Whatever it is, we’re lucky to have him.

Your comment reminds me of his The Vision of the Anointed: Self-Congratulation as a Basis for Social Policy. Almost 25 years old, and still totally accurate and relevant.
