Depends on the county/jurisdiction. Where I am we use paper ballots which are inserted into a sealed machine. Filled in with a marker. Not a Sharpie, though.

Eventually everyone gets their comeuppance; and now and then, there are pretty decent people who just can’t live with themselves any longer.
I agree with your posts generally. It is going to require extensive proof, which I think they are gathering now.
They will need to keep that proof private, so the media can’t attempt to debunk it, before they present it to the various courts in order to require careful recounts. Ideally, hand recounts, that validate every vote and vote source.
The main issue they face, is that it appears this effort will be required in multiple states. Not impossible, but it will be a long slog, that tests us all. He will need the best lawyers in the country, thankfully Powell is already engaged.
Still waiting on the jerk Brennan to get his. He is at the heart of a lot of things that went on - probably this, too.

Whatever they have, they can’t fully disclose it right now for a myriad of reasons.
