So is Chucky Schumer. Getting Trump the win here is important but so is getting both GOP Senate races above a level required for a runoff in Jan. If that happens, the Senate is secure for GOP.
Collins being hands-on involved is great news. He will know that counting is the easy part that can be done by anyone,
The critical part is counting only legal votes and that will involve a professional forensic analysis.
And is this a good thing? Or is an audit better? I also am NOT counting on the courts to help out in this election at all.

It’s supposed to be a hand recount and a simultaneous audit, from what I’ve read.
I am tired of hearing “no significant” and “no widespread” fraud so as to dismiss an investigation. Just investigate every claim and tell me how many votes it will change. I will decide how significant it is.

A recount rarely changes totals by much. What is critical here is the events prior to the introduction of the mail-in ballots to the voting system. If fraud produces ballots that can counted an infinite number of times and produces the same result there is no point. The fraud is extrinsic to the counting process. The dissemination of the ballots, the timing and sequencing and manner of their return to the precinct or supervisor of elections, the qualification of the voter the ballot purportedly represents, etc.
I have observed elections in 3 states, and the thing that becomes apparent is that the opportunity to prevent fraud happens before the ballot is handed to the voter at the precinct. By exploiting vote by mail, the Democrats eliminated the opportunities to interdict voters who should not be given a ballot.
Anyone know why they’re focusing on the Presidential race and not the Senatorial races? Might make the runoff unnecessary?
After years of claiming Trump’s election was illegitimate because Russia bought a couple Facebook ads and maybe helped publish some leaked emails, it’s hilarious and sad to see the media Baghdad Bob themselves to sweep eye-witness testimony of election fraud under the rug.
I hope the hand recount helps make the Senate runoff election unnecessary with Republican victory.
The GOP 2024 hopefuls need to be seen as leading in this effort. If they can’t be bothered to fight now, they are not worthy of our votes then.
Doug Collins could be involved on the presidential election, but not the senate elections, since he was one of the candidates.
I trust him over anyone else in Georgia.
