How about if everyone in their families get the vaccine. That includes all of their children, grandchildren, great grandchildren (if they exist), new born babies, spouses, cousins, distant relatives, ...
Bet their whole genetic lineage on the vaccine.
These guys are old farts and only have just a few more years on the earth and not much to risk.
What if it fails?
I don’t think that they would take that risk. They keep the perception of success going. If there is a failure then all bets are off, it will be a complete disaster, and they can’t have that.
