Best remedy for everything, in my book, is still beef liver. Fry lightly so it’s still a little pink. Next day you will feel like a tiger.

Vegetable (Seed) Oils are the absolute without a doubt WORST

I can’t recall where, but not long ago I read that taking them at separate times during the day was more effective than taking them at the same time. Wondering if you might be aware of that recommendation?

6. Flax seeds
You have to grind the flax seeds before you consume them or they will pass through your system without any benefit to you. I grind mine in a coffee mill, take 2 Tbsp daily in a smoothie and freeze the rest in a small ziploc bag, about a few day’s worth. Unground, they last up to a year in your pantry.
Vitamin K2 with MK7 and MK4, 200 mcg/day helps pull calcium deposits out if your arteries and other soft tissue and directs it to your bones and teeth. If you’re taking Vit D3 to help you absorb more calcium from your diet, you should take K2 so that abundance of calcium ends up in your bones. I have a history of forming kidney stones and have been taking the MK2 for a few years now. I haven’t had a stone since I started taking it. While I can’t say if that is the reason, I’m not going to stop taking the K2. I think K2 can be found in grass fed butter, eggs and meat, or in supplement.
When I was a kid we had liver and onions once or twice a month, because it was cheap, so I know what it’s like............
